6 Reasons to Book Your Puppy on a Group Training Class Today!

Group puppy classes are the best way to start the relationship between you and your puppy

It’s the time of the year when the sun shines for longer, lambs are being born and puppies are going to new homes. Welcoming a new little bundle of fun in to our homes is such an exciting time.

Unlike the last few years, where we were locked down and unable to mingle, we are now able to make sure our puppies put their best paw forward with group puppy training lessons. Puppy training lessons are “impawtant” for a number of reasons.

  1. Puppies learn to be social at an early – this is CRITICAL to their future behaviour
  2. Puppies learn to listen at an early age
  3. Puppies learn commands that can keep them out of trouble and out of harms way
  4. You wont have to unpick bad habits later in your doggies life
  5. Basic obedience is the foundation for your relationship with you and your dog
  6. Dog training is FUN!

I am happy to announce that as of April 25th 2022 Hot Dog Trainer will now be running indoor Group Puppy Training lessons in an area near you. Classes will be small, with no more than 10 puppies per class and will only include fully vaccinated puppies between the ages of 12 and 26 weeks. Classes will run for 6 consecutive weeks and will cost £120 per puppy.

My puppy classes are based on positive reinforcement dog training methods and will use food to encourage our dogs when when they do something correctly.

Puppies will not be able to go outside and socialise with other dogs until they are fully vaccinated, for most dogs this will be between 10-12 weeks old, however please check with your vet.

If you have questions about what collar and lead you need, how to get ready for class or anything else, please reach out below! I look forward to seeing you soon.
